BASICS – Entry Level
Developing fundamentals – Understanding posture, muscle groups used, learning arm and feet positions, basic steps and terminology, developing strength.
6-8weeks minimum @ 1 hour/week

BEGINNER LEVEL 1
Developing the barre and some centre exercises: fondu, glissade, pas de vals, principles of turning, glissades, galops. Building strength and flexibility.

BEGINNER LEVEL 2

PROGRESSIVE 3
Ability to retain short combinations, introduction of new pirouettes,such as pique turns and jumps. Faster and more complex execution and combinations. Longer combinations.
