There is always the risk of physical injury when participating in any in-person or online dance or exercise class. We strongly recommends you only undertake dance activity that is suitable for your own physical fitness. Where you are unsure, please get appropriate medical guidance.
If you engage in online or in-person dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself or others in your locality , and agree to release and discharge Maria Osende, any of the teachers of her school or dance studios where you attended classes, from any and all claims or causes of action.
Online Classes
If you engage in home practice and online classes via Zoom or on demand videos, you agree that you do so at your own risk, that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and that you assume all risk of injury to yourself or others in your locality.
We strongly recommend that you risk assess the environment that you will using to perform these exercises in and make sure they are clear of hazards.
Surrounding furniture, slippery floors, carpet edges, your cat joining the class and dancing between your legs (for real!), glassware, cables, can become a hazard.
Children should be supervised by an adult while learning and participating.
