These short mini videos break down individual ballet steps and key building blocks (for example: assemblé, sissonne, and other beginner-friendly jumps and transitions). They are designed to help you understand how each step works.

Best for: Adult beginners learning new steps
How to use: Use these videos at home to get familiar with the step names, movement sequence, and coordination. Repeat often and always memorize the step name with the movement.
