This course offers a playful and structured introduction to flamenco through rhythm, music, movement, and self-expression.

Children will learn:
– Basic footwork and technique
– Clapping rhythms (palmas)
– Flamenco posture and arm movements
– Coordination and musicality
– A short choreography to be performed in December

 No prior dance experience or special shoes are needed—just curiosity and enthusiasm! 

As part of the program:
– Access to supporting practice videos will be provided
– Performance opportunity at the Halifax Central Library on Sunday, December 14 

This is a wonderful chance for your child to build confidence, musicality, coordination, and cultural appreciation—all while having fun!
